This is a comprehensive list of the records we have released, with pressing information as accurate as we’ve been able to make it.

Anything below that says “(Currently Unreleased)” isn’t out yet. Anything that has a catalog number but is listed as TBA is something we’re not ready to announce, but will be updated here when we can.

Robo 108 - Floor - Self Titled + Outtakes 12" + 7" (Released 02/13)
FLOOR's mighty Self-Titled album, plus three rippin outtakes from the same recording session. S/T originally released in July 2002 on No Idea. Reissued by Robotic Empire as part of the "Below & Beyond" discography box set in March 2010. Expanded standalone re-issue by Robotic Empire in February 2014.

Second press 04/08/12 of 270 copies all on black vinyl. Vinyl master by James Plotkin. Jackets screen-printed at Broken Press. Booklets via ? Vinyl manufactured through Pirates Press. Robo 098 – Aidan Baker – The Spectrum of Distraction 2xCD (Released 01/17/12)
Two CDs designed to be played intentionally on random and featuring contributions from 18 different drummers. Housed in a “wallet” type foldover jacket. Includes digital download card for extended and raw files of the entire project. 1000 copies. Pressed at AtoZ Media.

1000 copies total: 500 on black (first press) and 500 on opaque maroon (second press, released 05/17/10). 180gram vinyl. Manufactured through Pirates Press.


Robo 096 – Isis – Oceanic 2×12″ (Released 01/08/11)
First press of 2000 copies: 100 on “Seaweed” (translucent green w/ black streaks), 200 on “Gyre” (opaque olive), 300 on “Brine” (swamp green/clear swirl), 1400 on black vinyl. Second press of 250 copies, all on clear vinyl (200 of which had gatefold jackets, 50 of which were just in the printed innersleeves with no jackets). Third press of 2000 more, all on black vinyl (Released 04/08/12). “Tip-On” style gatefold jackets printed at Stoughton. Printed innersleeves and vinyl manufactured through Pirates Press. Previous vinyl editions on some other labels, CD version on Ipecac.

Robo 087 – Bad Secrets – Self-Titled 9″+CD (Released 08/04/09)
1000 copies total: 200 on “evil eye” (red / white mix with 1 black “planet” insert), 200 on “pie chart” (tri-blend split of three different pinks), 600 on “metallic red” (custom “metallic” pinkish-red color). Can’t remember how many test presses… 3-5 probably (on 10″s not 9″s). About 3 breakups happened along with 50 copies of this release (unknown in color) got completely lost in the cursed creation of this thing, so in reality roughly 950 copies are in circulation.

Robo 074 – Isis – Shades Of The Swarm 12×12″ Box Set (Released 02/22/08) [SOLD OUT]
600 copies total, most ridiculous release yet! The entire released studio recordings to date by ISIS are enclosed in this massive box set. Eight albums over twelve records are contained on 180 gram black vinyl, each housed within individual sleeves utilizing artwork taken and re-worked from the original sources, all displayed through a clear spot gloss on heavyweight sleeves. These accompany an oversized 12″ x 36″ poster insert, all housed within an extremely sturdy cloth-bound, foil-stamped black box. Split label release with Conspiracy Records, who handled the release in Europe while we handled it in the USA. Boxes and jackets pressed at Pirates Press. Poster insert printed at Dorado Press.

First press of 1505 copies: 150 on clear/translucent blue (Aside Bside) with black splatter, 175 on cokebottle blue, 175 on translucent blue, 1000 on black, 5 test presses. Second press of 500 copies (Released 01/08/11): 100 on “Tropical Blue” (translucent electric blue/beer mix w/ blue streaks), 200 on “Primordial Blue” (translucent blue w/ amoebas), 200 on “Ocean Blue” (opaque aqua blue/baby blue mix). Robo 072 – Torche – Meanderthal 12″ (Released Summer 2008)
The first press was messy for vinyl counting, so we don’t have an accurate count on how many were made. We estimate it as follows (*roughly* 3200 copies total): 1000 picture discs, 800 on black vinyl, 400 on yellow vinyl, 400 on purple vinyl, 350 on white vinyl, 200 on orange vinyl, and 50 blank label test presses (all given to the band and Hydra Head). The second pressing wass more organized, with pressing quantites as follows (2000 copies total): 200 on ice storm, 200 on rockslide, 400 on cherry burst, 400 on lizard skin, 400 on magma and 400 on tapwater. A third press of 230 black vinyl copies were released on 11/08/09. Those first three pressings had the crazy deluxe, mega-fold-out die-cut double-gatefold jacket. Following that, a fourth press was released 06/21/11 of 2000 more copies in a simpler gatefold jacket: 1200 on black vinyl, 200 on silver, 200 on orange-in-orange, 200 on “yolk” (yellow-in-clear), 200 on silver and 200 on “Cuban Flag” red-white-blue tri-blend. Second press released 08/15/10 of 1000 copies: 400 on black vinyl, 200 on “hemp” (nasty translucent yellow w/ yellow chunks), 200 on “schwag” (translucent green w/ green streaks), 200 on “bongwater” (clear/clear with some color streaks). This is Robotic Empire’s first dual-format release (both formats packaged together). Roughly 2000 copies of the CD were printed incorrectly(with a silver disc instead of the clear disc) so we gave most of these away free with Online Store orders around the time of the first press. Standalone-CD version released in Europe by Rock Action.

Robo 003 – Pig Destroyer / Gnob – Split CD (Released 09/30/00) [SOLD OUT]
2000 copies total. Pig Destroyer half recorded by Mike B. at Oblivion, not sure where Gnob recorded. Artwork is some famous painting, conception by JR Hayes, implemented by Aaron Turner. Pressed at Erika. Pig Destroyer material also found on a picture disc 7″ (on Reptilian), and later remastered for and reissued as “Painter Of Dead Girls” (Robo 034).


Robo 002.5 – Reactor No. 7 – Discography CD-R (Released 11/25/99) [SOLD OUT]
100 (?) copies total. This was released back when CD burning was relatively new… and the master CD-R got glitchy at some point. Only around 100 were made, many of which had skipping/glitch problems.


Robo 002 – Pageninetynine – Document #4 6″ (Released 07/07/99) [SOLD OUT]
568 copies total (all on translucent cranberry): 500 w/ regular jacket/bag, 60 w/ shorter, hand-numbered covers in a ziplock bag, 8 test presses as a 7″. Recorded by Mike B. at Oblivion. Artwork by Chris Taylor. Jacket printed at Imprint. Vinyl pressed at Erika. These two songs can be found on the Document #11 7″ (Robo 015) and Singles LP (Robo 099)… the only difference is that at the end of the songs on the 6″ version, there are samples from Heathers that didn’t make it to the reissues.


Robo 001 – Pageninetynine / Reactor No. 7 – Split 7″ (Released 04/22/99) [SOLD OUT]
1003 copies total: 350 on opaque white, 650 on black, 3 test presses. All came with lots of inserts. Recorded in basements by TL Smoot and John Evans. Artwork by Chris Taylor and Chad Middleton. Layout by Andy Low (done on the sly in a high school Graphic Design class). Jacket printed at Imprint. Vinyl pressed at United. This is Document #3 for PG.99, and their songs from this release can also be found on the Document #11 7″ (Robo 015) and Singles LP (Robo 099), although this record is the only place to hear the original recording of “The Longer Now”. This was a split release with Catechism Records (Cat 003) and is the very first Robo record.

RoboTape02 – The Catalyst – Self-Titled Cassette (Released 06/26/06) [SOLD OUT]
400 copies total. Clear tape w/ white ink. 200 jackets screened by the band, 200 just never got covers. Tapes pressed at Amtech, but the audio had a slight messup on the 1st run of 200 so they made 200 more that sounded right. Upon later review the error was so impercievable we gave the band the bulk of the tapes to sell/giveaway/etc however they saw fit, and sold the rest on our site cheapo without jackets. The repeated problems with Amtech led us to try our hand at home-dubbing future RoboTape releases…


RoboTape03 – Light Yourself On Fire – Self-Titled Casssette (Released 04/20/07) [SOLD OUT]
100 copies total. White tape w/ spraypaint stenciled cover. 46 tapes got glow-in-the-dark paint, the other 54 got red paint, tan ink, or both. Jackets printed at Imprint. Tapes home dubbed. CD version on Kiss Of Death.


RoboTape04 – Pygmy Lush – Bitter River Cassette (Released 04/27/07) [SOLD OUT]
First press of 200 copies, all as a black tape w/ sticker on it. Tapes home dubbed. Some B-sides didn’t get copied right, and the tape deck broke at the end of the run… pausing the RoboTape series for a couple years. 150 more tapes later pro-pressed via National Audio and released 03/22/11. Jackets printed at Imprint. CD/LP version = Robo 062.
