But sometimes it feels nice kick back and relax with a little old-fashioned grindcore, ya know? Having been around since 1990, Phobia is a classic hardcore-based grind band, having come up only a few years after our grind forefathers of yore, Napalm Death.
Still at it today after twenty-some records and splits, Phobia’s newest album “Remnants of Filth” contains all of the blastbeats, spoken sound bite intros and mic-clutching growls you can handle in eighteen decimating tracks.
